"In 2005 I started as Area Chef in Central London.  After 3 and half years I decided to hang up my apron and move to the floor as waiter in Prezzo Euston.  I've moved around our Central London restaurants since I've been working on the floor, spending some time at one of our busiest restaurants on Northumberland Avenue. From there I moved to our Haymarket restaurant, where I am still today.

I work as a waiter which involves serving guests.  I enjoy my job and always try to do my best.  One of the favourite parts of my job is recommending our dishes and desserts to our guest and seeing their satisfaction when they are happy with my suggestions.  I make sure that my guests always leave happy and want to return again soon."
