"I started my career at Prezzo in 2006 at our busy Haymarket restaurant as second chef which is one level down from Head Chef and then after 6 months I was promoted to Head chef. Working as Head Chef I spent 8 months in our Victoria restaurant before returning to Haymarket where I am still working today.
I am in charge of ensuring there is enough stock in the Kitchen and ordering stock as well as looking after the cleanliness of the kitchen. I will manage the deliveries of stock and I am responsible for ensuring all of products arrive in good condition. I need to ensure that all our dishes are made to specification and are to the required Prezzo standard before they leave the kitchen. At the end of the day I will ensure all products are still fresh, check the fridge temperature. "
