Pete joined Prezzo as an Operations Manager in the London area in 2007. Within the same year he moved to outside London to take up a similar role within the Prezzo main brand.

Having worked in the Pizza Industry since 1998 he brought experience of the Industry and the ability to carry a lot of plates!
