"In 2006 I started in Prezzo Beccles as Kitchen Porter and then after 2 months I was promoted to chef. Quickly after that I was then promoted to 2nd chef and then one year later I was promoted again to Head Chef in Prezzo Norwich. Since then I've moved back to Bishops Stortford for a couple of years and then I moved to Prezzo Bishops Stortford where I am still working today.
My key responsibility is to prepare and serve food, making sure that everything that we serve matches the dish specification and is fresh. I have to ensure I have enough staff in the kitchen for service and look after the happiness of my team."
