"I started my career at Prezzo Malden as a waiter in 2009 and then was promoted to floor supervisor in Immo which was another restaurant brand Prezzo had at that time. From there i went to Prezzo Crawley when it opened, starting as an Assistant Manage and then working my way up to Area Manager.
I'll start my day with morning phonecalls to all of the restaurants to make sure that they have everything they need for the day. Then I'll always have a coffee with the manager in the branch I'm visiting. After that it's time to catch up with some general admin, emails etc before the lunch service starts when i need to be ready to jump in and support the team. Once lunch is over it's time to move on the the next restaurant where I'll usually have some lunch to ensure food quality is up to standard. I'll usually also walk around the restaurant and ensure everything is to standard, all equipment is working and everything as it should be. I will then also stay and ensure the restaurant and team is ready for evening shift, where I'll be on the floor again, supporting them."
