Our General Managers are full of energy and passion and work hard to make every guest experience memorable. They are motivated by achieving targets through their team, and take an active roles in the restaurants finances including managing its P&L. We give our General Managers the opportunity to run the restaurant as if it was their own, but with support from all departments within the brand. Our General managers work with a "Lead By Example" attitude and help develop strong teams of passionate individuals within their restaurants.
Our Assistant Managers are fundamental in supporting our General Managers in running a successful business. They support the GM in a variety of duties and are our GM's most trusted partners. Our Assistant Managers run shifts, manage staff and ensure our high standards are maintained.
Our Head Chefs work closely with the kitchen and front of house team to ensure that the very best, honest and delicious Italian food is delivered every time for our guests. They are truly excited about our food and talk passionately it. As with all great managers, they are happiest when they are achieving success through their teams and and train their team to be the very best.
