Prezzo Show Us Your Best Summer Terms and Conditions
1. Who we are
1.1 The promoter is: Prezzo Trading Limited, whose registered office is at 116 Upper Street, London, England, N1 1QP (“Prezzo”).
2. The competition
2.1 The title of the competition is ‘Show us your best Summer’
3. Imagine the best summer you could ever have: what would happen? Buckets of ice cream? Adventures every day? A helicopter ride? It could have already happened, or it could be a dream. Tell us about it and be in with a chance of winning a £1,000 Love to shop vouchers by colouring-in or writing a story. Hand it to a member of front of house staff at your visiting brand. We will select our favourites as winners.
4.1 The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 12 years and under.
4.2 If you are under the age of 18, you must obtain written parental or guardian consent to enter and claim your prize. Prezzo may ask the winners to provide proof of age.
4.3 Competition entries cannot be returned.
5. How to enter
5.1 There is no entry fee to enter the competition. Your front of house staff will provide you with a colouring sheet entry form when you dine at a participating branch.
5.2 The competition will run from 10am on 25th July 2022 (the "Opening Date") to 23:59 on 19th August 2022 (the "Closing Date") inclusive.
5.3 All competition entries must be received by Prezzo staff at the participating branch by no later than 23:59 on the Closing Date. All entries received after the Closing Date are automatically disqualified. Prezzo accepts no responsibility for entries that are delayed or not received for whatever reason.
5.4 To enter the competition you need to:
(a) complete the colouring sheet and fill in the entry details on the back provided during your visit to a participating Prezzo branch (your “Entry”) ; and
(b) tick the boxes contained in the Entry indicating:
i. that you wish to be entered into the competition; and
ii. whether your parents object to part or all of your surname and county being published for one month in accordance with these terms and conditions if you are a winner; and
iii. that your parents have read and understand these terms and conditions and consent to you entering the competition.
5.5 Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will not be accepted. Entries with incomplete or illegible entry details will not be accepted.
5.6 By submitting a competition entry, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.
6. The prize
6.1 The prize is £1,000 Love to shop vouchers and there is one voucher per age category. All prizes are subject to availability and there is no cash alternative for any prize.
6.2 Prezzo reserves the right to substitute any prize with another prize of equivalent value without giving notice.
6.3 Prezzo’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into in respect of the same.
7. Winner selection
7.1 One winner will be selected per age category.
7.2 The winners will be chosen by our judges at Prezzo HQ within 7 days after the Closing Date (the “Selection Date”).
7.3 The Winners will be notified via email to the email address provided on the Winner’s entry submission, within 7 days of the Selection Date (the “Notification Date”). If a Winner cannot be contacted or is not available, Prezzo reserves the right to ask the judges to select another winner from the received entries.
7.4 The decision of the judge will be final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.
7.5 A list of the judges’ names can be viewed on https://www.prezzorestaurants.co.uk/tcs-2021/kids-drawing-comp from the Closing Date for a period of  days.
8. Claiming the prize[s]
8.1 The winners will have 7 days from the Notification Date to claim the prize. If a Winner does not respond within this time, Prezzo reserves the right to select another Winner at random from the eligible entries received. Prezzo does not accept any responsibility for any Winner who is not able to take up their prize.
8.2 The prize will be sent to the Winners once the Winners have claimed the prize, and no later than 28 days after the Notification Date.
8.3 Prezzo does not accept any responsibility if you are not able to take up the prize.
9. Winner announcement
9.1 Prezzo must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation, Prezzo will publish the surname and county of the Winner for one month following the Notification Date. If you object to any or all of your surname and county being published, please tick the appropriate box on the Entry form. In such circumstances, Prezzo must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
10. Limitation of liability
10.1 Insofar as is permitted by law, Prezzo, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the Winner[s] or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up any prize except where it is caused by the negligence of Prezzo, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
11. Ownership and display of competition entries
11.1 Prezzo does not claim any rights of ownership in your Entry.
11.2 You agree that Prezzo may, but is not required to, display your Entry (without sharing your personal details) in the participating branch [or on its website www.prezzoresturants.co.uk, social media accounts or any other media] in connection with the competition.
12. Data protection and publicity
13.1 If there is any reason to believe that an entrant has breached any of these terms and conditions, Prezzo may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude such entrant from participating in the competition.
13.2 Prezzo reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel or amend the competition where it becomes necessary to do so. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants by Prezzo as soon as practicable.
13.3 The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
