"I was interviewed at table number 27 in ""anyway"" (a then brand of Prezzo) in Shepherds Bush by our CEO Jonathan Kaye and was hired as a General Manager.  After 3 years I moved to High Street Kensington where I worked for a year.  In 2001 I transferred over to Prezzo in Tottenham Court Road.  From there I took over in Prezzo Euston;  I then moved on to opening Prezzo Haymarket and then after 1 1/2 year I helped with the opening of Prezzo Victoria.  In 2011 I transferred to Northumberland Avenue where I am still working today.

As a General manger I enjoy working with my team, supporting them where I can.  For me it's important to ensure everything is perfect in my restaurant from cleanliness, to staff, to service and guest experience.  "
